Deadlines to remember:

• Speaker self-registration — upon receipt of acceptance notification and registration instructions sent via email. Speaker Resources is a wholly separate system

• Update your profile/bio, and upload your photo — by March 1, 2019

• Mandatory online release form due — by March 1, 2019

• Mandatory upload of your presentations for review — by March 25, 2019

• Hotel Reservation deadline — by March 26, 2019
